Prinyanka Chopra - The Spontaneously Awesome One

While watching a recent awards show i couldn't help but wonder how awesome is this actress who is performing and mimicking all the actors and consistently being spontaneously funny. After seeing the awards my mind started putting together all the pieces of information I had about my favorite actress and I realized that either all the actresses are dumb or Priyanka Chopra is the ultimate entertainer above them all in real life.

I started comparing her to the rest of today big time actresses and here's what i think of them compared to Priyanka Chopra :-
Deepika Padukone  -   she just seemed boring to me so i stopped thinking altogether.
Katrina Kaif            -   not seen much in events but even when she is present she rarely speaks up.
Kareena Kapoor      -   seems really interesting in reel life but not the same in real life.
Bipasha Basu         -   she's too busy being sexy and all maybe that's why she not so awesome either.
Aishwarya Rai         -   at first i thought she could give some competition to my girl but the next moment i couldn't recall any events or shows at which she came except Akshay Kumar's show Master Chef at which she seemed even boring than Deepika Padukone.
ON THE OTHER HAND....
PRIYANKA CHOPRA - First of all she always has this 'twinkle' in her eyes which is reason enough to love her. Besides she is mostly in a naughty mood or saying witty things and moreover she doesn't have to try to be funny, it comes naturally to her which is the reason why i say she's 'MY GIRL'.
At the end i was pretty happy to find that indeed 'my girl' - Priyanka Chopra was the best entertainer, spontaneous and the funniest of the lot.
P.S. what do you think? Ain't she the best?

Beginner Workout

People joining the gym for the first time start their weight training straight away with full steam without preparing their body for the intensive workout which results in injuries. Here is a quick read to a 3 weeks beginner workout.

First week             :-          Stamina building and cardio training
In the first week cardio is required to gain the much needed stamina for the workouts afterwards. Along this basic strength building is carried out but remember to start light if you dont want to feel burnt after the first week. Take 2 days rest so that when you start second week you are prepared both mentally and physically and feeling fresh.

Second week     :-          Light strength building
Strength building is done by light wieghts. Since its your first time you're doing strengh building one the most important things you've got to concentrate on is - the 'form'. Improper form can lead to injuries.

Third week        :-          Further strength building
In the third week continue strength building with heavier weights. Don't use heavyweights that affect your form. By achieving proper form we can get most out of our training.

After these 3 weeks of basic training you will be ready for intensive strength training.

I hope i was able to help you. Feel free to leave your comments.
THANK YOU.

The Initial Workout

We recommend training three days per week for the first few months of your comeback, with at least one day of rest between workouts. You'll be lifting upper body (back/shoulders) for Workout 1; lower body (legs, calves) for Workout 2; and upper body (chest/arms) for Workout 3. If you're doing Workout 1 on Monday, you'll have plenty of time--three days--to get over the upper-body soreness you'll feel at first. After you complete the cycle, take two days off before beginning again. The program calls for three sets with most exercises, but start out doing one or two. You don't want to burn out after the first week.

Don't worry about how much weight you're using for the first of weeks. In fact, don't worry about weight or reps the first few times you get to the gym. Use these initial sessions as a way of experimenting, figuring out exactly where you are strengthwise. For all your exercises, start out using much lighter weight than you remember, and concentrate on feeling the muscle you're working. You might not feel it at the beginning of the workout, but you definitely will the day after.

Shoot for eight to 12 reps on most exercises and do not go to failure. Form is the most important factor in this program. If you're using a heavier weight but sacrificing form, you're not doing yourself any favors.

As you'll notice, this program doesn't call for cardio work. The theory is, if you've taken time off, you'll see results from any form of exercise. If you insist on doing cardio, we recommend doing it away from the gym to avoid burnout.

"Instead of taking the bus to work, walk or bike," Avens says. "Bring your change of clothes with you. Even at lunch, spend a half-hour and go for a brisk walk. Do something you enjoy, because if you're not enjoying it, you're not going to get any benefit from it."

You should start seeing results within a few weeks. If after a few months you're ready for a new challenge, you'll be just in time to move into Stage 2 of our yearlong program. Even if you're not, we guarantee you'll be much better off than when you started.

Time to join the gym

You're the Man. Rough, tough and buff, baby. Everything's falling in place: the job, the girl, the car, the body. Life couldn't be better. Until, of course, it all falls apart....

It starts with something small. Maybe the girlfriend dumps you. Or the job becomes a lot more stressful. Or the car gets totaled. Whatever the reason, certain parts of your life workout schedule included--begin to hit the skids. Before you know it, you've been away from the gym for almost a year, and one day you wake up to realize your physique has gotten softer than the Washington Redskins' front seven. You can't play owner Daniel Snyder and fire your lagging body parts at will, so you tell yourself that something has to be done, and fast.

Problem is, you're not exactly sure where to start. Getting yourself back on track after a layoff isn't as easy as walking into the gym and picking up where you left off. Well, you could, but you'd just be risking injury and demoralization by attacking your new routine with a full head of steam.

"You've got to start light," says Mark Avens, C.P.T. "It's tough because everybody wants to do as much as they have in the past."

Rome wasn't built in a day. Neither is the ideal body. But if you follow these guidelines, you'll get to where you need to go a lot more efficiently--and a lot less painfully--than you ever thought possible.

PSYCH YOURSELF UP
Everybody who trains takes layoffs at one time or another. Not everybody, however, comes back from them. Remember, though, the longer you stay away from any exercise program, the easier it is to make excuses for putting off your comeback another day. Thing is, beginning is the hardest part--after the first week, it's all downhill. Once you establish your routine, it'll be that much easier to stick to it.

Best Nike Shoes / Kicks (Hyperdunks of 2010)

Nike Hyperdunk 2010 was the ‘SHOE OF THE YEAR’ on the basketball court this year and was seen on more players feet than any other. Nike handed out the PE colorways to many different players but all that did was give the fans much more to choose from. Now you’re going to look at the 5 best PE colorways of the shoe to release over the past year.
Price: $120 onwards (also available at discounted prices at about $100)

1.          Nike Hyperdunk 2010 Kobe Bryant PE
These are If Kobe Bryant had decided against the low-cut ‘experiment’ that was last year’s Nike Zoom Kobe IV, there’s a very good chance his Zoom Kobe V would have looked like this.

2.          Nike Hyperdunk 2010 Kobe Bryant PE

The MVP Black ‘Comet red’ shoes are one of the most popular. KB24 rocked Hyperdunks and Huaraches long before the ZKIV or ZKV came out.

3.          Nike Hyerdunk 2010 Stephen Curry PE

We are always open to seeing colorways for sneakers that are made for a player that comes from a team that doesn’t often receive PE sneakers. This is because the colorways are seldom seen applied to a pair of basketball sneakers and that is definitely the case with these ones which combine black, yellow and blue in a miraculous way.

4.          Nike Hyperdunk 2010 Andre Iguodala PE

We can just about always get behind a shoe that comes in such patriotic colorways and that certainly goes for this shoe as well. This shoe for Andre Iguodala to match his Philadelphia 76ers jersey although it bears a lot of resemblance to the Puerto Rican National Team Hyperdunks that released a while back. The AI logo that was printed on the tongue.

5.          Nike Hyperdunks 2010 Rashard Lewis PE

This colorway that is not all that uncommon but looks really great here on this shoe. The upper is made up mostly of a shiny black material but is accented very nicely by both white and blue. Again not a colorway that we have never seen before, but one that lends itself very well to this silhouette.

BEER GUZZLERS(males) BEWARE!!!

Calling all blokes who like a brew or 2 - beware of what you may actually be drinking! I'm particularly fond of the end of the story myself.

You have to hope that this study is flawed, but the evidence seems irrefutable. Several months ago, scientists at Europe's annual human reproduction conference suggested that the results if a recent analysis revealed the presence of female hormones in beer, and suggested that men should take a look at their beer consumption. The theory is that drinking beer makes men turn into women.
To test the theory, 100 men were each fed six pints of beer within a one hour period, it was observed that 100 percent of the men gained weight ,talked excessively without making sense, became overly emotional, couldn't drive, failed to think rationally, argued over nothing had to sit down while urinating and refused to apologize when wrong.
No further testing is planned.
