How to learn guitar quickly [for beginners]

I'll provide you with information about how to learn guitar faster than an average person and even if you have a teacher, these tips are gonna help you learn even faster.
Beginners that wanna learn guitar quickly will have some hard work(yeah practice is inevitable) to do but it wont be that hard if you really enjoy it and are passionate about it. This page wont make you God of guitar by itself.
I'm going to share my personal experiences with you.
The major points i'll be shedding light on are:-
1. Learning only the techniques but not the songs.
2. How to increase your practice time by multitasking.
3. How to learn the harder chords(mostly the bar/barre chords).

1. Learning only the techniques but not the song:- I say this is a great idea to cut back on learning time because that way you learn all the techniques faster. You can learn the songs after you are done with all the major/minor chords which I was done with in 2 months.
2.How to increase you practice time by multitasking:- for example you can practice guitar while watching TV which in fact is not that difficult as it sounds. You'll get the hang of it in a 2-3 days. You can even practice it while talking to somebody else.
3. How to learn the harder chords:- While training you'll come across many chords that'll be a nightmare for you and will slow you down. Try holding down pressing those chords for as long you can at a time. This will build strength in your hands and fingers to be able to hold the chords down easily.

Type of PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS to take

All you guys out there who wanna beef up fast and are considering taking protein supplements but are paranoid about their side effects, worry not because there actually are some supplements in the market which cause minimum side effects.
Yes, thats true that all supplements have side effects but there are some which don't cause any serious or permanent side effects unlike the steroids and all.
The supplements i'm talking about is the PROTEIN ISOLATES. These have 90-95% protein which is far better than in 'amount' and 'quality'(as they are in a more pure form) than the PROTEIN CONCENTRATES which have only 70-75% protein. The side effects are neglible too. Most of the supplements in the market are a mixture of these two with some added ingredients or steroids.

Further there are 2 types of Isolates:-
1. Whey protein isolate - this one is cheaper
2. Soy protein Isolate - costlier but better in quality.

There are different types of proteins that can be taken as supplements. Generally people don’t know what type of supplements to take and are worried about how much safe are those supplements.
Protein Isolates and Protein Concentrates are the best amongst them all.
These two are the safest and most common to take.
Below is the difference between the two.

PROTEIN ISOLATES
PROTEIN CONCENTRATES

1. Quality better as its in more pure form.

1. Inferior than isolates.
2. Contains 90-95% protein that can be absorbed.

2. It contains only 70-75% proteins to be absorbed.
3. Easier to absorb and also boosts immunity.

3. Comparatively difficult to absorb.
4. Isolates are much more costlier.
4. Concentrates are cheaper than the Isolates.
5. No serious side effects known but still safer than concentrates.

5. No serious side effects known.
